Club's philosophy

Club Arti e Mestieri main purpose is to promote a culture of dialogue between bakery, confectionery, pizza and cuisine trades and arts in defense of food quality and professionalism.
The Club Arti e Mestieri is a non-profit Association.

In 6 years, we have organized and taken part in many events in the food and wine sector: the organization and management of bakery and confectionery laboratories in national and international important events like the European Bread Festival, Sigep Bread Cup, the Meeting in Rimini, and regional events such as the Garlic Festival in Voghiera, Pane in Piazza in Vigevano and many others.

Since 2010 it has been founded also the Club Arti & Mestieri School, the new training program by Club Arti e Mestieri for amateurs and professionals to allow participants to keep themselves up-to-date on the new trends.
